Foodland is a holding company with 2 major business units in Russia: dairy production division representey by LLC Elanskiy Cheese Plant and LLC Semikarakorskiy Cheese Plant and a distribution company LLC Great Foods Inc.
Elanskiy and Semikarakorskiy cheese plants produce over 37 000 MT of semi-hard and hard cheese a year which makes us the largest pressed cheese manufacturer in Russia. Both plants are equipped with modern and high-tech equipment with automated production lines.
Our production facilities are certified according to the HACCP system and ISO 9001 and 22000 series standards which guarantee control at all stages of the technological process: from the purchase of raw materials to the shipment of finished products to consumers. We use only high quality ingredients in production of our products such natural milk, cream and starter cultures of bacterial origins. We have HALAL certificate for our products. Our products are well-known on the market under trademarks: Foodland, Radost' Vkusa, Excelsior, Lionheart, etc.

2024 is an anniversary year for LLC Semikarakorskiy Cheese Plant, this year it celebrates its 55th anniversary.
- LLC Semikarakorskiy Cheese Plant is one of the biggest and modern food processing enterprises in Rostov region. Current capacity of milk processing is about 700 MT per day.
Today, with new modern buildings and high-tech equipment the plant process about 700 MT of milk per day.
LLC Semikarakorskiy Cheese Plant produces more than 300 sku's in the following product groups:
- - hard and semi-hard cheeses;
- - processed cheese;
- - butter;
- - DWP D50
LLC Elanskiy Cheese Plant is one of the biggest and modern food processing enterprises in Volgograd region. Currently the plant can process more than 800 MT of milk per day.

- demineralized dry milk whey with a demineralization level of 50%;
- demineralized dry milk whey with a demineralization level of 70%, 90%;
- acid/Milk whey with a demineralization level of 70%;
- whey protein concentrate with a mass fraction of protein in dry matter of at least 55 %;
- permeate.
ASSORTMENT
It contains almost all the calcium, unlike cottage cheese, and has quite a lot of healing properties.
It is intended for the enrichment of food products with soluble protein.
A valuable by-product obtained in the process of ultrafiltration of subsurface whey in the production of whey protein concentrate.
Production of cheeses and cheese products for further use and processing (Cagliata, Pizza cheese, Cheddar and others).
